Catania, Faculty of Political Science – October 2010 / July 2011

PROJECT

The project aims at analysing the relevance of the new political and institutional provisions  stated by the Stockholm Program and the Treaty of Lisbon on the AFSJ with particular focus on the policy against OC and terrorism and on the EU police and judicial cooperation, by bringing together young researches and senior scholars of different areas of study and specialised practitioners in order to analyse and debate on what should be the developments and the changes in these policy as they will result from the application and implementation of the new provisions.

To such aim, a series of three thematic workshops and a final conference will be organised in order to boost the knowledge on the consequence of the new strategy and the new institutional framework on the Eu policy outputs in this area.
