STUDENT NOMINATION

In the first instance, your home university must officially nominate you by e-mail to fantova@mup.cz. This e-mail must include:

·         Name

·         Study programme

·         Study period

·         E-mail address

 

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

On-line Application Form for Incoming Erasmus Students

Student will have to fill in the On-line Application Form for Incoming Erasmus Students. The learning agreement is part of the application.

After the both documents are filled, print them out, sign them and bring them to your Erasmus coordinator for his/her signature.

Send the application form and Learning Agreement togheter with:

·         Transcript of Records 

·         One passport photograph

 

by post to our department:

When we receive the above mentioned documents we will issue the Letter of Acceptance and confirm you the Learning Agreement, the originals will be then sent back to your exchange coordinator by post.

INTENSIVE LANGUAGE COURSES

ERASMUS Intensive Language Courses (EILC) – Erasmus Intensive Language Courses (EILC) provide MUP students with a unique opportunity to study a less widely spoken language prior to the commencement of the study stay for a duration of a maximum of 6 weeks.

STUDENT NOMINATION

If you wish to come to study at Charles University as an Erasmus student, your home university must officially nominate you. In the first instance, therefore, you must contact the ERASMUS coordinator at your home university.

Please, include also the semester for which your students are
supposed to arrive in Charles University in Prague and their field of study.
Please send the list of nominees to our Incoming Students Coordinator, Tomas Hodac, 
at incoming@fsv.cuni.cz, and to Ms Ivana Herglova from the Charles University European Office
at Ivana.Herglova@ruk.cuni.cz.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Step 1 – On-line registration

Please note that this is an obligatory process – so if you have filled in the standard forms (on paper) without registering on-line we must ask that you still register on-line.

Step 2 – Confirmation of Essential Forms: Application Form + Learning Agreement

The printed out forms are to be checked and confirmed/signed by the relevant coordinators of your home university.

Remember that forms must be delivered in time. Your application cannot be accepted after the closing date for any reason whatsoever  please check the final deadlines above.

We would recommend you to send the documents by means that provide you with proof of dispatch (registered post, express courier, etc.).

 Please bear in mind that until the printed, signed and stamped forms are sent, you have not yet actually started the application process for your study exchange.

We shall confirm the AF (Application Form) and LA (Learning Agreement) and send the originals back to you together with a Letter of Admission and Accommodation Voucher.

 The absolutely final deadlines for applications are:

For winter semester: June 15th

For summer semester: October 31st

However, we strongly recommend that you send your application sooner if at all possible.

 ACCOMODATION

If your students are interested in living in one of Charles
University halls of residence, the online application form includes
a housing option. To get a place in one of our dormitories, your
students have to answer YES to the question about whether they want
housing or not.
Please, note that we only have double rooms.

 If you decide not to use the University Externí odkaz accommodation we need you to inform us as soon as you have fixed your private accommodation.
