Students can follow an Erasmus Programme either in one semester
or a full year. Students can opt for study-units offered in the
LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) and/or LL.D. (Doctor of Laws). The
study-units cover areas from the following Departments:
■Department of Public Law
■Department of International Law
■Department of Criminal Law
■Department of Commercial Law
■Department of European and Comparative Law
■Department of Civil Law
■Department of Media, Communications and Technology Law
In the selection of study-units, students are expected to:
-
refer to the semester timetables so as to avoid clashes, given
that attendance for all lectures is compulsory
-
check the method of assessment for every study-unit as no
special arrangements can be made. The method of assessment is
the same for both full-time Law students and Erasmus/Visiting
students
-
opt for study-units which will be offered only during the period
of their stay in Malta
